New hosting for Blythe Orchard B&B, Solihull

Changed the hosting for Blythe Orchard B&B in Solihull so that they can use the standard domain name http://www.blytheorchard.co.uk.  Previously the site was hosted on a free service but it was redirected to that services' domain.  It just didn't work with the search engines.

Anyway the site should be indexed correctly soon and the additional seo changes I made should kick in.

Pages that changed were the;
Blythe Orchard B&B Solihull, home page
B&B Birmingham airport, location page
Solihull and NEC accommodation, tariff page
Self catered accommodation Solihull, access statement page
